How to Join

How to Join:  Annual dues are $25 for single and $35 for family memberships, which covers the period of July 1 through June 30. The dues are reduced to $15 single and $25 family for NEW members joining from January 1 to June 30.

  • Apply by mail (preferred method):  Download HQG Membership Enrollment Form and mail with your check to HQG

  • Apply and pay online: Click here to fill in our online form, and make a payment via Paypal.  It’s fast, easy, and secure. (currently link to PayPal is NOT working.  Sorry for the inconvenience.)

We’d love to get to know you better! After filling out your membership application or renewal, please take a moment to fill out our “Getting to Know You” form and either email it or mail it to our VP/Membership chair. We’ll post them on the “Just for Members” page as they are received.Click We-Want-to-Get-to-Know-You to download the questionnaire.

 Monthly membership meetings are held at St Stephen Catholic Church (2747 Pali Hwy)  (new location as of Aug 2018) on the fourth (not always the last) Monday of each month. The June potluck meeting is for the installation of new officers, and the December meeting is our annual holiday party. Locations and dates of these are announced in the newsletter and at the guild meeting preceding the event.

Agenda:  Our library opens at 6:00 p.m. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. with a business portion followed by topics of interest to members. These include the main program and most anticipated “Show-N-Tell.” The meeting concludes by 9:00 p.m. with drawings for door prizes! Be sure to wear your nametag to be eligible for great prizes!
