Meetings begin at <strong>6:30 pm<\/strong>, check in opens around 6 pm. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Typical meeting agenda:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Committee updates<\/strong> and other business <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Program<\/strong> \u2013 Could be a fun activity, guest speaker presentation, trunk show, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Birthdays &amp; snack break <\/strong>\u2013 Always the most popular part of the meeting!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Show &amp; tell <\/strong>\u2013 Mini bee, classes, and block-of-the-month participants show what they made. Members show items they completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Door prize <\/strong>\u2013 Raffle for members wearing name tags.
